Shipping

  • How much is shipping?
    • Shipping is FREE on orders $100 and up, for standard 2-3 day shipping in the continental United States.

      For faster shipping, you may purchase next day shipping.

  • Where do you ship?
    • Currently, we ship only to the continental U.S.and Canada.

      If you are not in these locations contact us so that we know where we need to expand!

  • How long will it take to get my order?
    • We use expedited shipping which is 2 -3 days.

      Orders placed before 12 PM EST are shipped the same day (excluding weekends and holidays).

      Orders placed after 12 PM EST are processed the next Business Day.

      We also offer Next Day shipping.

      Please note that our carriers do not deliver on weekends or holidays.

  • Can I have my order the next day?
    • Yes! We can have it to you by 12 PM the next day.

      • The shipping charge is $30 for the first item.
      • Each additional item is $8 with a maximum of $50 for Next Day shipment charges.

      For less $$$, we can have it to you by 8 PM the next day.

      • The shipping charge is $25 for the first item.
      • Each additional item is $8 with a maximum of $50 for Next Day shipment charges.

      Orders must be placed before 12 pm EST in order to be received the Next Day.

      Saturday delivery is available but some federal holidays are not. Contact us if you are concerned about a holiday conflicting with the shipment.

  • How will I know when my order ships
    • You will receive email confirmations throughout the journey of your order: confirmation when you place the order, updates on when your order ships with a tracking code. You will even receive an email confirmation to let you know when your order has arrived.

  • Do I need to sign for my package?
    • You do not need to sign for your package unless the purchase amount is more than $1000.00.

      If you are not available to sign for the package UPS will leave a notice of an attempt to deliver. UPS will not be able to leave the package.

Returns

  • What is your return policy?
    • If you don’t like it, for any reason, you can return it. No questions asked.

      We accept returns & exchanges 7 days after receipt of your order.

      Obviously, returned Items must be unworn and in original condition with all seal tags intact. Thanks.

       

      Final Sale items are non-returnable!

  • How do I make a return or exchange?
    • Email returns@bbxco.com to begin your return or exchange process.

      Please include your:

      • Order Number
      • Style Number
      • Name & Contact info

      We will respond in 24 - 48 hours to get you all the necessary information you will need for a seamless return or exchange. Be assured that if you email us within 7 days of receipt of your order you are within the time frame for the return policy.

  • When can I expect to be refunded?
    • Refunds are issued in the original form of payment when the item is received.

      If you opted for Next Day shipping, sorry but the cost of shipping is not refunded.
