Yes! You can exchange your dress for a different size by contacting hello@bbxco.com.

Once our warehouse receives your return package, you will be refunded. After your refund is issued, it can take 3-5 business days for refunded credit to show on your bank statement.

Shipping & Delivery

At this time we only ship to Canada and the US. We can also make a special order for international customers outside of the countries we ship to. To place a special order, please contact us at hello@bbxco.com. We look forward to assisting you!

We offer ground and expedited shipping for our US and Canada customers. Once you’re at checkout, add your address, and the various shipping options will be made available to you.

Yes, if you’re ordering from outside of the US, you are responsible for any duties or tariffs imposed by customs.

If your package says delivered, please allow up to 24 hours for it to show up.

UPS usually required 24 hours to file a missing package claim. If your package shows that it is delivered please check with neighbors and in the surrounding areas.

Orders

All orders are shipped out Monday - Friday. Orders placed Friday evening - Sunday are shipped on the following Monday. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed before shipping, including expedited orders. During sales and holidays, please allow 2-5 business days for processing. If you have a question or concern about receiving your dress in time for an event, please email us at support@bbxco.com and we will be happy to answer any questions.
