Free Unlimited Return for $4.98 via Redo Valid in US.

My understanding from the website description, it states that by choosing “Via Redo return” we should be getting a full refund. At the time when I proceeded with the return, the store deducted about $15.00 from the total amount I paid. Is not acceptable. I tried reaching out to customer service in the chat and they had me waiting for over an hour. I tried again and no one helped in the chat. Unsatisfied with their service.

True to their word when it comes to their return policy. Will shop again and refer others to this site.

It still cost me $15 to return the item. Not a happy customer. Won't be shopping here again.

I paid the $4.98 thinking I was gonna get free unlimited returns but I ended up paying almost $8.00 for Fedex to pick up and then had $15-$20 taken from my refund! So what did the original $4.98 really do for me. I won’t be ordering from this site ever again.
